Swazi served up a tasty wild veggie Indian pickle using he grandmother’s recipe on Marcus Wareing’s Tales from a Kitchen Garden.
The ingredients include: leeks, cauliflower, kohlrabi, carrots, sunflower oil, fresh ginger, chilli, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, crushed fennel seeds, split yellow mustard seeds and chilli powder.
