Dominique’s sticky hoisin shiitake mushrooms recipe on The Great Cookbook Challenge

Dominique served up her tasty sticky hoisin shiitake mushrooms on The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver.

The ingredients are: 250g shiitake mushrooms, cut into thick slices (smaller once halved or left whole), 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp neutral oil, 2 tbsp hoisin, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp Chinese 5 spice, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp honey, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 tsp chilli flakes(optional), 4 tbsp water and 4 spring onions.
