Big Zuu paneer cheese bun with saag, onion bhaji and coriander chutney on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the coriander chutney are: 60g fresh coriander, 20g mint, leaves only, ½ tsp ground cumin, 2.5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated, 1 lime, juice only, 1 tsp caster sugar and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
