Jun Tanaka served up a tasty fish Friday feast with pan fried sea bream, basil pesto and a winter minestrone on This Morning.
The ingredients are: Olive oil, to fry, 4 fillets of sea bream or any fish fillet you prefer , ½ lemon, 50g smoked bacon diced, 50g chopped shallot, 75g diced celery (diced into 1 cm pieces), 75g diced carrot (diced into 1 cm pieces), 50ml dry white wine, 600ml fresh liquid chicken stock , 75g canned borlotti beans, drained and rinsed , 2 anchovy fillets, chopped, 8 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped and 75g cavolo nero or kale (chopped).
For the pesto: 75g basil , 25g freshly grated Parmesan, 20g toasted pine nuts, 75ml olive oil and 1 clove garlic.
