James Martin served up delicious weather-the-storm scones with strong flour, butter, homemade raspberry jam and clotted cream on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 450g strong white flour, 50g caster sugar, 2tsp baking powder, 100g butter, diced and cold, Pinch salt, 300ml full fat milk and 1 egg yolk, for egg wash.

To serve: raspberry jam, clotted cream and butter.
