James Martin served up a delicious mango and passion fruit meringue with whipped cream and coconut on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 large egg whites and 300g caster sugar.
For the filling: 1 ltr whipped double cream, 2 mangoes, sliced, 200ml mango puree and 3 passion fruit, scooped out.
To serve: 200g caster sugar and Coconut shredded.
