Theo Michaels served up a tasty upside-down chicken pie with a little help from his kids on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 320g ready rolled puff pastry, Handful of plain flour for dusting, Splash whole milk, 2tbsp olive oil, 1 small onion, peeled and chopped, 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped, 300g chicken breast, skin off and diced, 100g button mushrooms, halved, 1 tin cream chicken soup and Pinch dried thyme or other dried herbs.
To serve: Steamed greens and Gravy.
