James Martin served up tasty Sirloin Steak with Cauliflower Cheese and watercress on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 x 200g sirloin steaks, 25g butter, 25g veg oil, Few sprigs thyme and 3 cloves garlic.
For the cauliflower cheese: ½ onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove, 100g butter, 50g plain flour, 1l full fat milk, 400g grated cheddar cheese, 200g grated gruyere cheese, 2 balls mozzarella diced, 1 tbs Dijon mustard and 1 cauliflower, cut into florets.
To serve: Watercress.
