Kwoklyn Wan served up tasty sweet and sour pork with longevity noodle and dumplings on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the pork are: ½ tsp salt, 350g lean pork, diced, 65g cup cornflour, for marinade, 130ml vegetable oil, 150g mixed coloured peppers, sliced and 50g pickled ginger.
For the sauce: 130ml water, 2tsp cornflour, 1tbsp tomato puree, 2tbsp tomato ketchup, 3tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar or cider vinegar and 2tbsp caster sugar.
