Phil Vickery served up Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham) favourite meal of steamed fish with vegetables on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g boneless fillet of fish of your choice, skin on , 1 red pepper, sliced , 1 Pak Choi, cut into quarters , 2 spring onions, sliced , 1 small courgette, sliced , 1 medium carrot, cut into fine sticks , 20g Small piece of ginger, peeled and sliced , ½ tsp red chilli, diced , 1 tbsp soy sauce , Splash of water and Pepper.
