Gok Wan served up tasty long life noodles (Dan Dan noodles) with sweet soy sauce and vegetables to celebrate the Chinese New Year on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 340g dry Yi Mein noodles, 1 tablespoon of Groundnut oil, to fry, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2.5cm ginger, minced , 5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced , 100g morning glory / Chinese broccoli, cut into 5cm lengths, 100g Chinese chives, cut into 5cm lengths, 100g asparagus, cut into 5cm lengths , 100g green beans, cut into 5cm lengths , 2 spring onions, cut into 5cm lengths, 1 tbsp hot water, 2 tsp light soy, 1 tsp dark soy, 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp runny honey, ¼ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp salt, Freshly ground white pepper, Toasted sesame seeds to sprinkle and 50g pea shoots.
