Jack Stein beef brisket with noodles recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Jack Stein served up a tasty low cost beef brisket with noodles dish on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 500g brisket, cut into 3cm cubes, Vegetable oil, 1 bunch of spring onions, 25g ginger, finely chopped, 15g garlic, chopped, 1 star anise – store cupboard, 1 Cinamon, 3 cardamom pods, 1litre of chicken stock, 1 tsp chipotle paste, 50ml soy, 50ml dry sherry, 20g of cornflour, mixed with 20ml cold water, 1 packet fresh lasagne, cut into 2-3 cm ribbons, 15g sesame oil and Coriander, to garnish.

I can’t understand why all the so called chefs women do not have there hair tyed back it’s a health and safety it looks awful not one off them do i don’t think they should be on tv it’s about time this problem is sorted i have long hair but i never touch food with my hair down all the ones this not the way it should be
