Gino D’Acampo served up tasty roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary for Christmas lunch on Gino’s Italian Family Adventure.
The ingredients are: 700g new potatoes, 1 large red, green and yellow peppers, 6 garlic garlic cloves, 6 tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp roughly chopped Rosemary leaves, sea salt and ground black pepper.
