John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious eggnog for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 500ml milk, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ½ tsp ground ginger, plus more for garnish, 2 tsp vanilla essence (or extract), 6 egg yolks, 100g caster sugar, 250ml double cream, 100ml bourbon or dark rum (optional) and Tin of whipped cream for fun (optional).
