Paul A Young served up a delicious Christmas mulled wine hot chocolate with red wine, clementines and rosemary on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 400g unrefined caster sugar, 200g cocoa powder, 2 cinnamon sticks, 5 star anise, 8 cloves, 500g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces, 2 clementines or satsumas, halved, 1 sprig rosemary and 750ml bottle fruity red wine.
