Paul A Young served up a delicious dark hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows for the festive season on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 25g light muscovado sugar, 20g cocoa powder and 200g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces.
To garnish: toasted marshmallows, whipped cream, cookies, cubed brownies and chocolate shavings.
