John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty eggs Royale with homemade hollandaise sauce for a Christmas breakfast on John’s and Lisa Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the hollandaise sauce are: 100ml white wine , 100ml white wine vinegar, 20 black peppercorns, 2 bay leaves, 2 egg yolks, 300g melted salted butter and Juice of 1/2 lemon.
To serving : 4 eggs, A small bowl to crack your eggs in, Malt vinegar or white wine vinegar, 4 muffins, halved and 4 slices of smoked salmon or crumbled cured salmon broken into shards.
