Joseph Denison Carey served up a tasty slow cooked duck leg ragu with pasta and Sourdough bread on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 duck legs (skin removed), 2 carrots, diced, 2 celery sticks, diced, 2 shallots, diced, 400-500g cherry tomato , 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tins of chopped tomato, A small bunch of oregano, 290g jar Kalamata olives, drained, 2 tbsp capers, 1 glass white wine, 1 small bunch parsley, chopped and 300g dried rigatoni pasta, cooked.
To serve: Grated parmesan and Sourdough bread.
