Mary Berry served up a delicious passion fruit tart with orange pastry and cream on Mary Berry Love To Cook.
The ingredients for the orange pastry are: 175g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 100g cold butter, diced, 30g icing sugar, 1 orange, finely grated zest and 1 free-range egg.
For the filling: 8 passion fruit, halved and pulp removed, 4 large free-range eggs, 1 large orange, juice only (or 50ml orange juice), 150ml double cream, 75g caster sugar, icing sugar, for dusting and single cream, to serve.
