Mary Berry served up tasty tiger prawns with white miso paste, lemongrass, honey, lemon juice and coriander on Mary Berry Love To Cook.
The ingredients are: 500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined, if necessary, 4 large raw king prawns, shell and head on, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, juice of ½ lemon and ½ bunch of coriander, chopped.
For the marinade: 1 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp runny honey, 1 lemongrass stalk, cut into 4 pieces, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 small red chilli, deseeded and diced.
