John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty twice baked goat’s Cheese and Gruyere cheese souffles on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: Softened butter for greasing , A good handful of parmesan cheese, finely grated, 75g butter, 60g plain flour, 450ml milk, 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, Salt and pepper , 75g soft goats cheese, 3 large egg yolks, 5 large egg whites, 300ml double cream, 2 tsp Dijon Mustard , 150g grated Gruyere cheese and a handful of chopped parsley.
