Clodagh Mckenna Mac and cheese with Dijon mustard recipe on This Morning

Clodagh Mckenna served up tasty American style Mac and cheese with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and nutmegs on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 280g macaroni, 550ml full fat milk, 1 bay leaf, 40g butter, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 3 tbsp plain flour, 170g mature Cheddar cheese, grated, 60g Gruyere cheese, grated, 20g Parmesan cheese, grated, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, A dash of Worcestershire sauce, A grating of fresh nutmeg, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the topping: 4 heaped tbsp Panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese and A pinch of smoked paprika.
