James Martin served up tasty moules frites (mussels with fries) on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 50g butter, 1 onion peeled and sliced, 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed to a paste, 2k mussels cleaned, 250ml white wine, 250ml double cream, Few sprigs tarragon, 3 bay leaves and 1 small bunch of parsley, chopped.
