James Martin served up delicious Halloween fire cakes with condensed milk on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 397g condensed milk, 400g butter softened, 75g icing sugar, Few drops orange essence and Few drops orange food colouring.

For the cake: 250g butter, 250g caster sugar, 5 eggs, 2 oranges zest, 200g self raising flour and 50g cocoa powder.

For the tuiles: 115g butter, softened, 140g icing sugar, 3 egg whites, 115g plain flour and Red, yellow and gold spray.
