Ainsley Harriott served up tasty Keralan fish and king prawn curry on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food.
The ingredients are: 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder or sweet paprika, 1 tsp ground turmeric, zest and juice of 1 lime, 500g skinless and boneless firm white fish, 165g raw shelled king prawns, 1 tsp black peppercorns, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1-2 green chillies, 2 tbsp cocon ut or ground nut oil, 1 heaped tsp mustard seeds, 15-20 curry leaves, 1 onion, finely chopped, 4 garlic cloves, minced, 5cm piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and finly chopped, 1 x 400ml tin coconut milk, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
