James Martin served up Kedgeree with smoked haddock, cream and madras curry powder in a Masterclass on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 onion, 50g butter, 300g long grain rice, 1 tsp madras curry powder mixed with 2 tbs water, Fresh nutmeg, 200ml milk, 100ml double cream, 250ml water, 300g natural smoked haddock, Small bunch parsley chopped, Salt and pepper, 3 soft boiled eggs, To serve knob of butter and Lemon wedges.
