Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty hot smoked trout and watercress tart on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food.
The ingredients are: 15g butter, 2 banana shallots, 4 large eggs, 2 egg yolks, 300ml double cream, salt, ground white pepper, lemon zest, 80g watercress and 180g hot-smoked boneless trout.
For the pastry: 200g plain flour, pinch of salt, 100g cold butter, 1/2 lemon and 3-5 tbsp clod water.
