Tom Kerridge serves up mushrooms on toast with chicken liver pate and roasted crown of wood pigeons dishes on today’s Spring Kitchen with Tom Kerridge.

Both his dishes were prepared for TV presenter and author Danny Wallace to feast on.

For his mushrooms on toast, Tom used St. George mushrooms and prepared the chicken livers by soaking them in milk to remove the bitterness.
