Ainsley Harriott Peppered Mackerel Kedgeree with mint yoghurt recipe on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food

Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty peppered mackerel kedgeree with mint yoghurt on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food.

The ingredients include: mustard seeds, oil for frying, spring onions, fresh ginger, grated, red chilli, seeds removed and diced, butter, curry powder, basmati rice, chicken stock, smoked peppered mackerel, skin removed, cherry tomatoes, sliced, boiled eggs and coriander.

For the mint yoghurt dip: Greek yoghurt, fresh mint, red chilli, salt and black pepper.
