James Martin served up tasty pan fried tuna with wasabi sauce and a mango and watercress salad on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
Thew ingredients are: 600g tuna steak and 15ml veg oil.
For the dressing: 50g fresh wasabi grated, 1 green chilli, 100g palm sugar, 50g tamarind, 100ml water, 1 small bunch mint, 1 small bunch coriander and 2 limes juice and zest.
For the salad: 1 bunch watercress, 1 mango, peeled and sliced and Radish.
