Cathryn Dresser makes Easter simnel cake with fruits soaked in earl grey tea in the This Morning kitchen.
The former Great British Bake Off contestant shows how to make this traditional cake for the Easter holidays.
Her ingredients are: 1 good quality earl grey tea bag, 170g soft unsalted butter, 170g soft light brown sugar, 3 free range eggs, 170g self raising flour, Pinch of salt, 1tsp mixed spice, 114g raisins, 56g sultanas, 114g dried apricots, 56g dried cranberries, 56g chopped mixed peel, Grated zest of half an orange and 1/2 a lemon, 500g pack of marzipan, 2tbsp apricot jam and 1 egg to glaze.
