Lenny Carr Roberts served up tasty homemade fish and chips on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 3 large Agria potatoes and Oil for frying.
For the battered fish: Two pieces of fresh fish like hake, haddock or cod, 400-500g of good well sourced self-raising flour, A large jug of iced water – approximately 1 litre, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tbsp vinegar, A large whisk – from the freezer and A metal bowl from the freezer.
