Nisha Katona served up a tasty and easy to make Friday night chicken tikka masala curry with basmati rice and pomegranate on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 600g chicken breast, diced into 3cm pieces, 3 tbsp tandoori masala, 100ml vegetable oil, 1 onion, finely diced, 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 5cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated, 150g tomato puree, 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 ½ tsp salt, 4 tsp brown sugar, Optional, ¼ tsp chilli powder, 500ml water and 100g creme fraiche.
To garnish: Handful of freshly chopped coriander and 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds.
