Gok Wan served up a tasty Japanese oyakodon omelette with rice on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
T%he ingredients include: short grain sushi rice, mirin, chicken thighs, dashi seafood stock powder, light soy, hot water, a white onion and spring onions.
For the omelette: eggs, salt, white pepper, spring onions, chillies and frozen peas.
