Gok Wan served up lo mai gai dim sum with rice and lotus leaves on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients include: glutenous rice, fresh and dried shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, bamboo shoots, fresh ginger, garlic, spring onions, water chestnuts, carrots, peanuts, five spice, shaohsing rice wine, light soy, dark soy, mushroom soy sauce, Madeira wine and enoki mushrooms.
