John Torode served up tasty mussels with rosemary, cream, cider and a gin martini on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 Shallots, chopped, 2 cloves Garlic, chopped, 20gm Butter, Glug of vegetable oil , Freshly ground black pepper , 1kg Mussels, 200ml Cornish cider , 50ml clotted cream and Flat leaf parsley, chopped.
