Gok Wan served up tasty honey and lemon fish with pineapple and a honey, lemon cordial, and custard powder sauce on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients include: white fish and ground nut oil for frying.
For the batter: corn flour, 1 egg, salt and pepper for seasoning.
For papa wan’s honey and lemon sauce: 120ml lemon cordial, 3tsp runny honey, 1tbsp custard powder, dash of water, tin of pineapple, 1/2 lemon zest and toasted sesame seeds.
