Gok Wan served up a tasty crab and sweetcorn soup with wonton crackers on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.
The ingredients include: 6 wonton skins, 2 eggs, stock of choice, prawns, splash of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a can of canned sweetcorn (200g), 250g tinned crab meat, corn flour to thicken, Splash of sesame oil, salt and pepper for seasoning.
