Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a refreshing mocktail mule with ginger bear and soda water on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 lime, juiced and finely zested, 1tbsp stem ginger syrup, 100ml soda water, 5-6 mint leaves , 500ml dry ginger ale or alcohol free ginger beer and Crushed ice.
