Gok Wan served up delicious Malaysian lace pancakes with nut brittle and coconut ice cream on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.

The ingredients for the nut brittle are: 125g granulated sugar, 75g macadamia nuts

For the pancake batter: 300ml coconut milk, 2 eggs, plain flour and 1tsp turmeric.
