The ingredient for the marinade: spring onions, root ginger, garlic, Shaoxing rice wine, light soy and 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
For the vegetable filling: marinaded grilled baby aubergines and oyster mushrooms , hoisin sauce, chilli, spring onions and cucumbers.
