James Martin served up tasty grilled lamb chops with deep fried artichokes and garlic aioli on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 8 lamb chops, Salt and pepper, 4 artichokes and Veg oil for frying.
For the aioli: 50ml white wine, 3 egg yolks, 4 cloves garlic finely sliced, Squeeze of lemon, 150ml olive oil and Pinch saffron.
To serve: Watercress.
