James Martin served up asparagus and French beans with French salad dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 100g French beans and 100g asparagus blanched and drained.
For the dressing: 150ml veg oil, 50ml white wine vinegar, 1 tbs Dijon mustard and Splash of water.
