James Martin monkfish and chicken paella recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up monkfish and chicken paella with vine tomatoes and wood roasted peppers on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are; 1 onions, peeled and sliced, 4 cloves garlic, crushed, 50ml olive oil, 6 chicken thighs, Salt and pepper, 1 small bunch of oregano, thyme chopped, 350g Paella rice, 1 l water, 5 Vine tomatoes, chopped, 1 jar wood roasted peppers, 2 tsp smoked paprika and 1 monkfish tail cut into10x 2cm pieces.
