James Martin served up tasty Arbroath smokie Welsh rarebit with English mustard on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 500g grated cheddar cheese, 100ml bitter, 1 tsp Worcester sauce, 1 tsp English mustard, Few drops Tabasco, 2 tbs plain flour, 1 egg yolk and 2 Arbroath smokies.
