Romy Gill chicken curry recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Romy Gill serve up a tasty chicken curry with apple and coriander chutney on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 2 tsp ghee or 5tsp sunflower oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp black mustard seeds, 15g ginger, peeled and grated, 200g red onions, finely sliced, 1-2 green chilies, chopped, seeds in, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp honey, 4 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp tomato puree, handful fresh coriander, 50ml water and 500g chicken fillets, cut into strips.

For the chutney: 1 green apple, chopped, 20g coriander, chopped with stalks, 1 green chilli, roughly chopped, 1 lime, juiced, Pinch of salt and Splash of water.
