James Martin foolproof scones with homemade raspberry jam recipe on This Morning

James Martin served up delicious foolproof scones with homemade raspberry jam using a recipe by Granny Smith’s on This Morning.

The ingredients for the jam are: 500g raspberries, 100g caster sugar and 1 lemon, juice only.

For the scones: 450g strong white flour, 50g caster sugar, 5tsp baking powder, 100g butter, diced and cold, Pinch salt, 300ml full fat milk and 1 egg yolk, for egg wash.
