John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty spring salad with asparagus, watercress and cheese tarts on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 8 spears asparagus , 1 long red chilli, diced and Small handful of watercress.
For dressing: 1 tbsp Dijon mustard , 1 tbsp red vinegar , 3 tbsp fine olive oil, Salt and pepper.
