James Martin served up a delicious strawberry pavlova with caramel sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the meringue are: 5 egg whites, 250g sugar, 1 tsp cornflour and 1 tsp white wine vinegar.
For the filling: 400ml double cream and 1 tsp vanilla paste.
To top and decorate: 600g strawberries and 200g icing sugar.
