James Martin cromer crab waffles with roasted tomatoes recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty cromer crab waffles with roasted sunblush tomatoes and creme fraiche on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the waffles are: 250g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 3 eggs, 200ml milk, 2 tbs chopped parsley, 1 lime zest only and 75g brown crab meat.

For the tomatoes are: 8 tomatoes, Few sprigs thyme, 4 garlic cloves peeled and sliced and Drizzle olive oil.

To finish: 300g white crab meat, 100g brown crab meat, 150g creme fraiche, 2 limes juice and zest and 250g butter softened.
